Ali Alikhani

According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Thursday, 9 January 2026, Ali Ali Khani, a Turkish citizen from the village of "Ikan" in Marand, East Azerbaijan province, and residing in Karaj, was killed by direct fire from government forces and being hit by four bullets during public protests. This citizen was married and a father of four children. Ali Ali Khani's body was buried in the cemetery of Ivaughli city after being handed over to his family.
