Hossein Shirkol

Hossein Shirkol, 43 years old and a Kurdish citizen from Dehloran, originally from the village of Zarinaabad in Kermanshah province, resided in Isfahan. He was killed on January 8, 2026, during popular protests by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic with live ammunition (1). After five days of pursuit and pressure on security institutions, his family was able to receive his body, and on Wednesday, January 13, 2026, he was buried in the cemetery of his birthplace in the village of Zarinaabad (Pahl) in Dehloran (1). Hossein Shirkol was married and the father of two young children (1).
