Hossein Barati

According to a report by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on 9 January 2026, Hossein Barati, a 30-year-old Lor citizen from Sedeh Lenjan in Isfahan province, was directly shot by government forces during public protests in the city and lost his life. Hossein Barati was buried in "Behesht-e Motahar" in Sedeh Lenjan. He and his cousin, Abbas Amini Zadeh, were shot and killed on the same night.
